The war has forced millions of Ukrainians to leave their homes. At Dzherelo, we want everyone who has relocated to Lviv to feel welcomed — with care, support, and readiness to help.
Who do we support?
We support internally displaced persons who:
- temporarily reside within the Lviv city community;
- have found themselves in difficult life circumstances due to the war;
- need assistance with everyday, social, or psychological issues.
How do we help?
We offer a wide range of social services, including:
- representation of interests (help with document processing, residence registration, etc.);
- social support (ongoing assistance to families and individuals in difficult circumstances);
- emergency intervention (prompt help in crisis situations);
- social integration and reintegration (restoring social ties, skills development, adapting to new conditions);
- prevention and mediation (help with conflict resolution);
- information and counseling (answers to important questions, clarifying rights, benefits, and opportunities).
We do not just help with paperwork—we accompany each person and help them feel part of the community.
How to access the services?
You need to prepare:
- an application (completed at the social work department);
- copies of passport pages 1, 2, and 11;
- tax identification number (TIN);
- document confirming actual place of residence;
- internally displaced person certificate (mandatory);
- needs assessment report (issued by our specialist);
- disability certificate or pension ID (if available);
- child’s birth certificate (if needed);
