Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Who can contact the Centre:
- Families with children and persons with disabilities
- Elderly people in need of assistance
- Individuals and families in hardship (e.g., large families, low-income households, families where parents neglect their responsibilities, etc.)
- Survivors of domestic violence
- Homeless individuals
- Veterans and their family members
- Internally displaced persons
- Other categories of citizens (those entitled to benefits, receiving payments, or in crisis situations requiring social support)
Types of assistance available:
- Consultations with Contact Centre managers
- Information on available social services in the community
- Support from professionals at the Dzherelo Centre and assistance in resolving difficult life situations, or referrals to relevant institutions or services
- Crisis support (in case of threats to physical or emotional well-being)
