Resilience Center

Life sometimes brings challenges that are difficult to face alone. At the Resilience center, we support people in their recovery — mentally, emotionally, and socially.

Our team provides care during times of stress, grief, loss, and anxiety, helping individuals regain the strength to move forward — for themselves, their families, and their communities.

Who do we support?

The Resilience center is open to:

-families with children
-veterans, service members, and their relatives
-internally displaced persons
-all residents of the Lviv community in need of psychological support or assistance in difficult life situations

How do we help?

At the center, you can access free services such as:

-individual and group psychological counseling
-support for PTSD, bereavement, and crisis recovery
-peer support groups for children, adults, and families
-activities and trainings for children, teenagers, and parents
-family counseling — developing parenting skills and improving family relationships
-assistance with social benefits, IDP status, housing, and employment
-coordination with government agencies, volunteers, and charitable organizations

Our goal is not only to help now, but also to foster long-term resilience.
