At Dzherelo Centre, we stand with those who are going through hardships \u2014 to offer support and help.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We work with families who are struggling to cope with life\u2019s challenges on their own \u2014 and we do so with respect, trust, and belief in change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Who do we support?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We support:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>single mothers and fathers raising children on their own;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>large and low-income families;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>families where parents are temporarily unable to fulfill their responsibilities;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>individuals and families in difficult life circumstances who need support.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How do we help?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>At Dzherelo, you can receive social services that help you gradually overcome hardship \u2014 step by step. We don\u2019t offer ready-made answers, but we do help you find a way forward together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We provide the following services:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>representation of interests (e.g. document processing, assistance with residency registration)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>social support for individuals and families in difficult life circumstances<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>emergency (crisis) intervention<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>social adaptation (training, skill development, support for self-help groups)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>social support for guardianship families, foster families, and family-type children\u2019s homes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>social integration and reintegration (restoring family relationships, developing communication skills)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>social prevention<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>mediation and conflict resolution<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>information and counselling<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:39px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to access the services?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To begin, call the hotline at 16-20 or contact the Social Work Department and prepare a few documents. We will guide you through the process, but here is a general list:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>application (filled out at the department)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>copy of passport (pages 1, 2, 11)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>copy of tax ID (\u0406\u041f\u041d)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>MSEC certificate or pension certificate (if available)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>confirmation of current place of residence<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>IDP certificate (for internally displaced persons)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>needs assessment report (prepared by our specialist)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>child\u2019s birth certificate (if needed)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>income and asset declaration (if needed)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>other documents depending on individual circumstances<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:39px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Our locations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Our social work and psychological support specialists are available in various parts of the city:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>City Centre \u2013 10 Teatralna Street<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sykhiv District \u2013 66 Chervonoi Kalyny Avenue<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Shevchenkivskyi District \u2013 11 V.
