At Dzherelo Centre, we deeply respect and support those who have endured war, as well as their families.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our goal is to help them adapt, recover, and regain stability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Who do we help?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We support:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>war veterans and service members undergoing treatment or rehabilitation in medical institutions in Lviv;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>families of military personnel \u2014 including spouses, children, and parents who need psychological or social support.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How do we help?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dzherelo Centre specialists provide a wide range of social services, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Representation of interests<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Support during document processing, registration, and access to social services. We help navigate bureaucratic procedures and protect your rights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Social support<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Comprehensive assistance for those going through emotionally or socially challenging times. We are there for you every step of the way \u2014 from the initial consultation to stabilizing the situation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Crisis intervention<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Rapid response in emergency situations. We act quickly to ensure protection and necessary support in critical moments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Adaptation and development<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We offer educational programs, training sessions, and self-help group meetings. We foster skill development, social engagement, and self-realization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Integration and reintegration<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We help individuals return to full participation in life, restore social and family connections, and adapt to new conditions and environments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Counselling, mediation, and information<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We provide consultations, conduct mediation to resolve conflicts, and share information about available support opportunities. We help reduce tension and support informed decision-making.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We work not only with documents \u2014 we build trust and support the path to recovery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to access the services?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To receive services, you need to prepare:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>an application (completed at the social welfare offices);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>copies of passport pages 1, 2, and 11;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>tax identification number (TIN);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>proof of residence;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>medical-social expert commission certificate (MSEC) or pension certificate (if available);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>IDP certificate (if available);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>needs assessment report (prepared by our specialist);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>child\u2019s birth certificate (if applicable);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>income declaration (if necessary);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>other documents depending on the situation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Please submit your documents to the district social welfare offices.
